YOGA For families

Family Yoga

Feel free to come as yourself, with your partner or support preson and the kids. 

This is a really great opportunity to practice yoga/ get some exercise in a way that encourages family participation (even if that means them climbing on you providing an extra stretch in childs pose). 

We are still confirming the venue but will send an email out once confirmed :)
