Antenatal Education Sessions for those expecting multiples (twins, triplets, etc) thanks to Benefit Geelong   There will be 1 session a month focusing on antenatal health, rotating through the education sessions until the middle of the year.     All sessions are free with a GAMBA membership ($40 per annum) thanks to Benefit Geelong (Bendigo Bank).    This event is for Sun March 23rd, focusing on the post-partum era. The class starts at 10am at Berth Geelong. Hi everyone! Thought we would get in early with a Christmas celebration as we know how manic December can be. Come on down to Fairley lodge hall at Sparrow park to celebrate with a facilitated play group organized by none other than the famous Larissa's Imaginarium https://www.instagram.com/larissasimaginariumproject?igsh=MTk0eHZqNnR5dHV3OA==   There will be: -games -toys galore - songs - Christmas backdrops for your family photos - Prizes and all manner of Christmas fun!   Come by anytime throughout the session. Please join Families of Multiples within the Geelong Region for facilitated children's activities focusing on nature (primarily bees/ flowers/ potions) through song, story, sensory play.    This will be followed by morning tea at 11.30 with platters from Routley's and Baked By Us cupcakes.    This is a funded event from the Geelong City Council to celebrate Children's Week.

Fitness for Dads is for any fathers or people that identify as being a father.  When: Saturday mornings at 9am starting on the 20th of April for 10 weeks.  Where: Torquay Anytime Fitness Cost: Free for GAMBA members Includes: 10 week fitness program (1 hour sessions), a body composition scan and nutritional advice.  These sessions are run by a local personal trainer Jimmy Downey This is followed by coffee nearby (first and last coffee included)   Brought to you by GAMBA and the Surf Coast Shire
